Built on Experience.
Shaped by Purpose.

The Practice

ABYZ is an architecture and masterplanning practice built on experience developed across international projects in Europe and the Middle East. The studio operates at the intersection of strategic planning, architecture, project management, and development expertise.

Its work and expertise span large-scale masterplans, hospitality destinations, mixed-use developments, luxury residential projects, and public realm strategies. Every commission is informed by an integrated understanding of design quality, commercial viability, and contextual intelligence.

Through rigorous site analysis, strategic thinking, and disciplined design methodologies, ABYZ uncovers the cultural, spatial, and structural layers of each location to deliver places with lasting value, clarity, and distinction.

Strategic Partner

A Strategic Design Partner

ABYZ works with private clients, developers, investors, landowners, hospitality operators, and public-sector stakeholders seeking more than conventional architectural services.

Our role extends beyond design production. We support projects from early vision to strategic positioning, helping define what a development can become before it is translated into architecture.

Through an integrated approach, we align:

  • masterplanning
  • architecture
  • interior architecture
  • development strategy
  • design coordination
  • visual communication
  • project narrative

This allows each project to move forward with clarity, coherence, and a strong sense of purpose.

Capabilities

What We Do.

01.

Masterplanning

We develop strategic masterplans for large-scale residential, hospitality, mixed-use, waterfront, and destination projects. Our masterplanning work balances land value, spatial quality, mobility, public realm, program distribution, phasing logic, and long-term adaptability.

02.

Architecture

We design buildings with a strong relationship to place, climate, materiality, and human experience. Our architectural approach is precise, contextual, and restrained, aiming for timelessness rather than visual excess.

03.

Hospitality & Destination Design

We approach hospitality not only as architecture, but as experience, atmosphere, positioning, and operational logic. From resorts to coastal developments and mixed-use destinations, we focus on creating environments that support both emotional engagement and commercial performance.

04.

Luxury Residential

We design high-end residential projects, private villas, and residential communities where spatial quality, privacy, landscape, materiality, and lifestyle are developed as one unified vision.

05.

Strategic Consultancy

We support developers and clients in early-stage thinking, including product positioning, land-use strategy, design direction, spatial narrative, and development potential.
